How do I pay my MUD 146 water bill.

At the October 14 Board Meeting, Fort Bend Municipal Utility District No. 146 has selected Si Environmental, LLC to be the District’s Operator. The transition will go into effect on November 1, 2024. Our current Operator, Inframark, will send final invoices to District customers around November 5, 2024. Si Enviro’s first billing cycle will be performed on or around November 25, 2024, and will start billing customers with a monthly due date of January 3, 2025.

How can I view and pay my water bill online?

You will need to create an online account to view and pay your water bill. Please follow these steps:

1. Please go to the online registration link at https://sienv.firstbilling.com/ and click “Register“
2. Enter the required information
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the“Register” button
